These tools teach the kids to pay attention in a particular way, on purpose, in thepresent moment non-judgementally.Diving deeper into mindfulness comes through Meditations and Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep), whichis also a type of meditation that also involves body awarenessMusicThis portion of the APP allows the children to listen to their very own soothing sounds, as wellas mixes ranging from nature sounds to calming piano or guitar.
They can listen to whateversounds for different calming needs.They further have the option of listening to Binaural Beats which brings on Calm using Deltaand Theta wavelengths to help the child.
This music needs to be listened to with headphoneson to be effective.
